In this world, from ancient times, people were eaten by beings called “youma”. For a long time, people lived without any means to counter them. However, a half-human, half-youma female warrior was born…. Female soldiers known as “Claymore” who, with silver eyes that can see through to the true form of “youma”, and carry a large sword as a weapon, continue to battle those which people have named “youma”.

When your father could have been the one who ate ur mother for dinner, only a group of half human/half yoma(monster) female warriors given the name Claymore could find those monsters from normal human and destory them. . During one of her countess missions, a lowly ranked Claymore name Clare mets a young boy named Raki, who lost his family to a yoma. After seeing herself in the young boy, Clare decided to take him with her and during their travel through towns and cities, met friends and foes, the two became attached like sibings or lovers and well this bond last forever…
